Not a VoIP service
It is critical to highlight that this is a service for those who demand reliability.   It is NOT a VoIP service.  Rather, it is routed over the public switched telephone network (PSTN).   The PSTN is the network of the world's public circuit-switched telephone networks, which includes mobile as well as fixed line telephones.  It is the world's collection of interconnected voice-oriented public telephone networks, both commercial and government owned.
 
Call forwarding services that route their traffic via VoIP can be subject to packet loss and therefore result in negative call quality.  To the contrary, Global Call Forwarding forwards your international or domestic calls from to your California virtual number over the PSTN.
 
 
 
 
How does it work?

It's simple.   After the account has been set up, your callers in the United States dial the local number that you have chosen.  Calls to your virtual number are automatically connected to your overseas mobile number or landline number, wherever in the world you may be located.   You can divert your calls from callers in the U.S. to any telephone number in the world.

You have complete control via online account management as to "where" your virtual number will ring.  You can easily change your "ring to" number via the web, 24/7.  You simply login your account and change the destination number to any other landline or mobile phone number - in real time.
 
 
Four Great Plans from which to Choose
We recognize that our clients have varying needs in terms of usage levels.  Some customers require a local or virtual number for contact purposes only - but do not anticipate significant usage in terms of incoming minutes on a monthly basis.  Other customers anticipate heavy volume coming into their local or virtual number, and seek to maximize savings.  We have created four different rate plans from which to choose, each of which is designed to meet the anticipated usage levels of our valued customers.

 

Standard
The Standard plan is an economical plan geared toward customers who anticipate modest usage.  The plan includes a one-time set up fee and a nominal recurring monthly fee.  The set-up fee and monthly recurring fee varies based on the country.  This plan does not include any minutes.  Rather, you pay the recurring monthly fee to maintain the toll free or local number plus any additional minutes that result from calls made to your toll free or virtual number.

Preferred
Our Preferred plan is a pre-paid monthly plan that charges $15.95 per month and includes an allotted number of minutes.  Additional minutes beyond the included monthly minutes are charged on a per minute basis in excess of the $15.95 per month.  There is no set up fee for this plan and you have the ability to activate the RollOver minutes option.

Gold
The Gold plan is a pre-paid monthly plan that charges $55.95 per month and includes an increased number of allotted minutes in the monthly plan as compared to the Preferred Plan at a lower per minute rate.  Additional minutes beyond the number of allotted minutes are also charged at a lower per minute basis in excess of the $55.95 per month.  There is no set up fee for this plan and you have the ability to activate the RollOver minutes option.

Platinum
The Platinum plan is a pre-paid monthly plan that is designed for our heaviest volume users.  The plan charges a pre-paid amount of $195.95 per month and offers our lowest per minute rate on international call forwarding.  Additional minutes beyond the allotted minutes are charged at our lowest available per minute rates.  You also have the ability to activate the RollOver minutes option.  There is not set up fee for this plan  This is our most robust plan designed for heavy users.

What does the caller pay?

Your caller in the U.S. or elsewhere is responsible for local (or long distance) charges assessed by their local telecom provider for dialing your U.S. virtual phone number.

 

 

What does the account holder pay?

As the account holder, you pay the rate of forwarding the call from your U.S. local phone number to your "ring to" telephone number outside the United States.  Your "ring to" number may be a fixed land line or a mobile phone, and you may change it to another number anywhere else in the world via online account management.   The per minute rate varies from country to country and depends on which plan you choose.  Click on the link below to view call forwarding rates and confirm and city code availability.

 

 

 
 

How can I make payment for this service?

Payment can be via major credit card, including American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Diners Club.  You may also set up your account with pre-payment  via international bank wire or Western Union

 

 

Invoice via E-mail, online account management

Each month you receive an invoice via E-mail attachment that lists your complete call detail.  You also have access to this information in real time through online account management.
 
 

How long does it take to receive my U.S. virtual number?

We can generally assign your U.S. virtual number the very same business day that you order it.
