Reservation-less Toll Free Access

Provides toll free access to a conference bridge 24/7, without the need to schedule a conference in advance.  Each leader is assigned a dedicated toll free number and passcode for conference access.  Operator assistance is available at all times by pressing *0.

Free MP3 Recordings

Our international conference call service provides free streamed links to a recorded MP3 file.  There are no download fees.  Recordings can be preserved for archiving purposes as well as distributing to those who were unable to attend any given conference.

Conference Manager

This feature allows you to schedule a conference or control a conference in progress via a secure web interface. Graphical real-time usage reports may be viewed. 

Attendance Reports with Recording Playback

A report detailing each conference call, including caller ID and entry and exit times, and a link to listen to an archive of the conference (if the conference is recorded by the leader) is emailed to the conference leader following each call. If the leader records the conference, a link will be provided in the email to an MP3 file of the recording. The recording will be available for streamed playback for 30 days from the date of the recording, or may be downloaded at no additional charge.

Podcasting

A recording of a conference call can be automatically downloaded to a preferred playback software. Leaders may also allow their audience to subscribe to an RSS feed of all of their recordings for a particular conference account (set of passcodes).

Lecture Mode Conference 

This conference is most suitable for presentations and large groups. Participants in the conference are placed into a 'listen only' mode and only the leader can be heard. 

Name Record/Play

When enabled, Name Record/Play prompts each participant to record their name before they enter the conference. Each time a participant enters the conference, the recorded name is played to the entire conference. By pressing *8 during the conference, the leader or participant can hear the names played back.

Music / Security

When enabled, this feature requires the leader passcode to be entered to initiate a conference. By requiring a 'leader' to be present, unauthorized access is minimized.

Billing Codes                                                                             

When enabled, conference leaders are prompted to enter a numeric code followed by the # key prior to gaining access to the conference. This code will appear on the invoice, enabling the leader to track conference usage at the individual client level.
